  • I've purchased my tickets online, how do I book a day and a time?
    No need to book a day or time, just turn up and show your ticket at the ticket box.
  • Can I skip the queue if I purchase tickets online?
    No, your tickets must be redeemed at the ticket box.
  • How many people can fit in a gondola?
    Each gondola has a maximum weight limit of 360kg dispersed over a number of patrons.
  • How long does a ride last?
    Each ride will last between 8 - 10 minutes.
  • Can I bring my pet for a ride?
    Only services animals in uniform are allowed the ride.
  • Are there any restrictions for children?
    Children must be older than 11, and taller than 140cm to ride alone.
